A freight fee of $9.95 is applicable for each Patient Home Delivery order. All other orders will receive free standard shipping and handling.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized by Bausch & Lomb, purchases made from Bausch & Lomb shall not be sold/resold, distributed, marketed or shipped outside of Canada or its territories.

Under this policy, Bausch & Lomb sells and ships products to customers that sell products to end-user consumers only after being presented with a valid and unexpired contact lens prescription. Orders may not be purchased for resale, except where such resale is made to an end-user consumer who presents the ordering party with a valid and unexpired contact lens prescription.

Product should be stored in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

Payment is due per terms of invoice. Deductions for returned product will not be accepted. Authorized returns will be credited after inspection and approval by Bausch & Lomb and in accordance with the Bausch & Lomb Soft Contact Lens Return Policy.
